Greater Augusta Fall Festival Flags

of events and educational activities
to bring awareness to 5 featured countries -
America, England, Germany,
Ireland and West Africa

at The Frontier Culture Museum.

food & beverage or

The Greater Augusta Regional Chamber of Commerce has a goal to raise awareness for:

• The American Frontier Culture Foundation: to support programs for local school children taking field trips to the Museum.

• The Blue Ridge Area Food Bank’s needs for donations; special food bins will be set up for donations.

  • When is the festival?

  • Where is the festival?
    The Frontier Culture Museum in Staunton, VA www.frontiermuseum.org

  • Is it Rain or Shine?
    Yes, we will have the festival rain or shine.

  • Can I bring my pet?
    Sorry no pets allowed.

  • Can I bring my own food and beverages?
    No coolers are permitted. There are water/drink fountains on the grounds and we will have food and beverages for purchase via vendors.
    Wine/Beer samples are available if you purchase a “tasting passport.

  • Can I bring a blanket or chairs?
    Yes. There will also be sporadic seating provided.

  • Will there be food or drinks to purchase?
    Yes – See our vendor page.

  • Where will I park? Is there a charge for parking?
    Parking is off of Richmond Road at the main Frontier Culture Museum Entrance.
    *Follow the signs. There is no charge for parking.
    *Our handicap attendees will find handicap parking in the main parking lot
    by The F.C.M Welcome Center.

  • Will I need my ID to get into the festival?
    Yes. Since alcohol will be served, ID’s are required if you purchased a “tasting passport".

  • Is this open to families?
    YES – this event will have plenty to do for families.

  • What are the activities available for children?
    We will have a Children’s Tent (located on the America Farm) and varies other games on the other farms for children. Every farm includes a house to walk through and in most cases a farm, farm animals etc. for your enjoyment.

  • How do I get to The Frontier Culture Museum?
    You will find directions on our “Directions” page.

  • Can I get a refund for my ticket if I can’t attend?
    No. All sales are final. Thank you for understanding.

  • What does my admission “passport” (ticket) include?
    If you purchase a “tasting passport" it includes the wine/beer tastings from our wineries and breweries. None of our tickets include food and/or beverages. Your “passport” (ticket) covers your admission to the whole museum, entertainment, our seminars and a souvenir tasting glass.
